We will not charge you any fees, all we do is pay you, your guaranteed rent every month. We take all the risks, If rooms are empty, you get paid and we don’t.

As we know people will always move in and out we need to ensure that the property is always in a state where a renter can move in quickly. we also pay for bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas.
